. Casual but serious environment . Information . Total involvement of all participants . PowerPoint . Very well planned, great scenarios to discuss in small groups . Group work activities (3), video, handouts that can be duplicated . Networking and getting good ideas . Handout materials . Addressing directly the issues . Ede and her happy attitude . . Nothing . Longer than a day, address the racism class issue . More time (2) . More video actual case work . More get up and move around stuff . Concentrate on examples (real life) of recruitment techniques that have worked and contact person . Condense training to one afternoon . Relate a little more to the issue of reverse discrimination in equity that occurs to males as well (4) . More strategies to improve retention that do not necessarily relate to gender equity . Specific to high school . Chart the trends of females in male oriented jobs. Where are the jobs for females in male dominated jobs and what are the salaries. . More success stories

. This was one of the best - if not the best equity training sessions I've ever attended and I attended a lot. I got a lot of ideas and strategies to use. . Great Job! Very positive message. . It was interesting, a good mix of information and audience participation. . Keep up the information dissemination. . I think it is super but I'm sad to hear how far we have to come. . She really believes in what she is teaching and it shows. An excellent job! . Thank you!
